Helping dancers and athletes understand their body so they go from underfueled and overworked to strong, confident & injury free.

There is this immense amount of joy in the rush and thrill of performance or being in your prime.

Unfortunately, there is also stress and injuries to your body

for the sake of the performance.

The worst feeling is not being able to keep up with what’s being asked of you in class. That only leads to more bad habits, which ultimately won’t make you a better dancer. Whether you are recovering from an injury, graduating from your studio or working towards that company role, the one constant is that your body needs to be in its best shape to handle whatever you throw at it. After all, you’re not just a dancer, you’re a whole person too.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY EQUIPMENT

The human body is an incredibly complex vessel that you get to use to guide your soul through life. Not only that, but it's the most crucial piece of "equipment" you have to use when engaging in dance and performance. It's important to honour it and take care of it the best way possible.

And how do you do this?

By treating yourself like the whole person you are and taking care of every aspect of you – body, mind and soul.

ATHLETES UNBOUND

TM

Effortlessly healthy and not worrying about pain - without sacrificing your performance or athletic career

The ATHLETES UNBOUND framework is all about removing those limitations – either physical or mental – and getting you to reach your performance potential. We do this by understanding that you are more than an athlete, you’re a Whole Person.

You need a care team that sees you as that whole person and who can help take care of your health with all of your goals in mind. Working together, you’ll gain an understanding of what you need for your body to keep going; decrease injury-risk or prevent acute injuries from becoming chronic problems. You’ll develop the proper lifestyle habits you can use and take with you on and off the stage, re-igniting your passion and retiring on your own terms.

Let your performance feel as effortless as it looks

1-Before the Visit

You will be given an in depth intake form to fill out. This will include discussing what your goals are and important health information I need to know before we get started

3-Labs & Testing

After getting all the necessary and relevant information, I'll perform physical exams if needed and order relevant lab work to tie together your symptoms with any physical or objective findings before getting to your treatment plan.

2-Initial Visit

In the initial appointment, we will take a full look at your concerns and overall health. We don't only address your chief concern, but your full health history and anything else that you want to discuss. We'll set some goals together about how best to approach each one.

4-Treatment Plan

Your care is a process, so not all conditions will be resolved after the first visit, or even the first week. Don't worry - you won't leave empty handed - we'll get started on the right track before following up with a full plan and the steps to follow.
