Experienced Naturopathic Care

I have strong passions for sports medicine, pediatrics and neurology; areas that I believe naturopathic medicine can successfully support. As a dancer myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle for the sake of general health. I want to work with anyone and everyone who loves to move and wants to continue moving well! Whether you are fully able-bodied or suffering from physical or cognitive disorders, everyone deserves the guidance and support to move freely in their life.

For the athlete– I am here to support your training and cater your care to your specific activity. Athletes and performers are a unique population that need health practitioners that understand what they go through.  It is important for them to have someone who gives the best support to help improve their physical and mental performance as well as support their lifestyle – pre and post retirement.

HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
I have been dancing for over 20 years with many genres in my repertoire, including ballet, jazz, hip hop and a variety of ballroom dancing styles. Not only do I  dance, but I also love cooking and trying out fun new recipes. Other activities I enjoy outside of dance include soccer, strength training, traveling and reading for pleasure.
